EnquiryAt enquiry stage you will either speak with Scott our Company Director or Sarah our Sales Director. After an initial consultation to discuss your requirements either over the phone or in our showroom,we will ask you to provide some initial measurements.
EmailWe will then email you a quote over within 48 hours of you providing this information.
SamplesWe have the largest showroom of Solid Surface displays to view in the region. So feel free to pop down to our showroom/workshop (if you haven’t already) to view some samples and worktop displays we have on show to choose your desired colour (please note there are different price bands for different colours).
DepositOnce you give us the go ahead, we require a 50% deposit transferred via bank transfer to secure your slot. Once we have received your deposit, we will book you in for a template at our soonest availability.
TemplatesAt template stage, Scott or a member of our fabricating team will template your worktops as well as going through a customer template form with you to confirm your choices Eg Worktop thickness, edge detail and hob cut out sizes.
InstallationWe will then bring the final template back to the workshop and get to work straight away. We usually say from template to installation it will be no longer that 7-14 days (Depending on size of job) unless stated otherwise. Once worktops are installed the final balance is due and you can enjoy your beautiful new seamless work surfaces.
